Dream Planner Tours has been operating since 2018, The guest feedback for Dream Planner tours is excellent (Refer to the testimonials), On securing a tour with us, We provide the guest with a payment flexibility where only a token advance is to be paid to process the reservation, balance payment can be remitted after we provide the confirmations from the hotel / hotel.

Based on the discussion with your Travel Counsellor, you have to pay 10% – 25% of your Total Trip amount to process the reservation. The balance amount can be paid after receiving the Travel voucher.

You can pay via Bank Transfers, Cheques or in cash. We accept all Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards and most major debit cards which are subject to 2.5% processing fee.

If you or any member of your party wishes to cancel your holiday, you must notify us in writing, in any case the date of cancellation will be at the date on which notice is received by Dream Planner. As this incurs administrative cost and retention charges by hotel, the cancellation charges will apply on the following scale:
• 70 days prior to arrival: 20% of the Tour / service cost
• 50 days prior to arrival: 30% of the Tour / service cost
• 30 days prior to arrival: 40% of the Tour / service cost
• 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost
• 10 days prior to arrival: 100% of the Tour / service cost
• Apart from Cancellation amount, 10% of the total amount will be charged extra as files charges if any guest cancels their trip before the cancellation period.
• Cancellation policy for Train/Bus/Flight/ or Special service such as entrance fees of boat cruise/monument’s ticket will follow the cancellation policy of their own.
• All the wildlife safari is booked into any of Indian Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries are non-refundable. Even date change request will be considered as cancellation and no payment will be refunded/ adjusted against it.
• Only written application will be accepted for cancelling any existence travel package/service, same can be mailed at info@dreamplanner.in & praveen@dreamplanner.in
• For the Diwali, X-mas and New Year period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan the payment is non-refundable.
• Under the circumstances of postponing the tour services for any reason, the total costing may not guarantee to remain the same and may increase or decrease as per season of that particular destination and availability of Hotel & transportation. After postponing the tour package it will be completely non-refundable and non-cancellation.

There would be a dedicated Travel Counsellor assigned exclusively to you, who would be in touch with you from the time when the query was initiated till the time the tour ends, In case of any issues faced by you, a solution would be immediately offered, still unsatisfied you can escalate the call to our Director, Mr. Praveen Kumar – Mobile No. 8800987827/9999872361.
